1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 709 pub (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 709 pub platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of 709 pub following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at 709 pub's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 709 pub. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your 709 pub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

709 pub may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 709 pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 709 pub supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 709 pub account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 709 pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• 709 pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 709 pub account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

709 pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your 709 pub account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• 709 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, or by physical game equipment for live dealer games. 709 pub does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 709 pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 709 pub is not responsible for errors made by players in placing bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 709 pub and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from 709 pub without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 709 pub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall 709 pub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 709 pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

709 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending verification) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to 709 pub's verification and anti-fraud procedures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments
